LOCATION: W4358 Montgomery Rd., Monroe, WI. From Monroe, WI go east on Hwy. 11 to Richland Rd, go south to Montgomery Rd, go left to farm on left.

NOTE: The Wegmuellers have decided to discontinue the dairy and focus on their Ag Tours along with horse rides and their growing Bed & Breakfast business. Equipment was purchased new.

HERD NOTES: This registered herd was started in the 1970’s.  They all have been AI bred for past 50 years and using Central Star now.  Many cows due in March & April and again in July & August.  The SCC in January was 82,000 with BF of 4.69 & Protein-3.5.  The Wegmuellers are presently shipping a 65 lb. Average with herd peaking in the 80lb. level at time of freshening.  This herd includes a few cows giving 100 lbs. of milk. Cows are being milked in flat parlor and are use to self head locks and loose housing with bedding pack. They are being fed with TMR.  All calfhood vaccinated. They are on monthly herd check with yearly vaccinations and dry treated. A very quiet herd. Buyer to pay for transfer of registration.

HORSE: Thoroughbred, mid teens, broke to ride, used on trails, stands for farrier & vet,

loads well, EZ to catch, good gates, Coggins tested.

FEED: 10x250ft. Unopened corn silage, owner will load;
