LOCATION: 11912 Otter Creek Lane, Darlington, WI. Take Hwy. 81 west to Otter Creek Rd. for app. 2 miles, head east on Otter Creek Lane to the auction.

·        71-Cows (13-R&W) with 11-fresh in the last 90 days, 7-Dry, balance in all stages of lactation.

·        6-Bred Heifers due in October (bred to Black Angus Bull)

·        14-Started Heifer Calves (1-R&W) and a few more expected by sale day.

NOTES: The Reichlings have decided to disperse their herd. This is a very young herd with a lot of potential to respond at the next level. Cows are being stanchion milked and on pasture daily. They average 65-70 lbs. milk with SCC of 200. Cows are fed corn silage, haylage, & high moisture corn with protein. They ran out of corn silage on Aug. 5th and are currently getting haylage, dry hay, & a little of high moisture corn. Cows are A.I. Sired and are bred to black angus bull. Sires to be posted on sale day. Some sires include Break Even, Storm Rider, Solo Cup Red, Break Away, Marino-Red, & Kernan-Red. The majority of this herd is carrying red factor. Overnight stay is welcome.
