The SCC average is 148,000 and has been as low as 75,000. 4.4 Butter Fat and 3.45 Protein. The average milk pounds has been as high as 92 lbs. Individual cows have peaked at 185lbs with two times a day milking. Many cows are averaging 100 lbs. This herd consists of large framed parlor cows.
